At Angeleone, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Return Window
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date for most items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In its original, unworn condition
- Free of scratches, stains, odors, or signs of wear
- In its original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by your original receipt or order confirmation
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions. Do not send items back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or was sent in error. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the credit.
We reserve the right to issue store credit in place of a monetary refund in certain circumstances, at our discretion.
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to availability. If the replacement item is of greater value, you will be charged the difference. If of lesser value, we will refund the difference.
Sale Items
Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange. This will be clearly noted at the time of purchase.
Consignment Items
Pre-loved luxury consignment items are sold in "as described" condition and may not be eligible for return. Please review all photos and descriptions carefully before purchasing, and contact us with any questions prior to ordering.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
In-Store Returns
If you purchased in our Walla Walla boutique, you are welcome to return items in person during business hours with your receipt. The same eligibility conditions apply.
