Yes! Once your order ships you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to follow your package in real time. You can also log in to your Angeleone account at any time to view order history and current status.
If you haven't received a shipping confirmation within 3 business days of your order, please contact us and we'll look into it right away.
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Please contact us immediately by phone or email. Once an order has been packed and shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
If your order has already shipped and you'd like to return it, please see our Refund Policy.
We can accommodate changes to size, color, or quantity within 24 hours of placing your order, provided the item has not yet been packed for shipping. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the changes you need.
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Standard domestic shipping takes 3–7 business days after dispatch. Expedited options are available at checkout for faster delivery.
You are also welcome to visit us in person at our Walla Walla boutique during business hours — no shipping required.
Shoe Sizes
Our Italian leather shoes follow European sizing standards. They tend to run slightly narrow and may feel snug at first — Italian leather softens and molds beautifully to your foot over time.
Use the conversion chart below, and when in doubt, we recommend sizing up half a size for a more comfortable break-in period.

When between sizes, we recommend sizing up. Italian leather stretches and conforms to the shape of your foot, so a slightly larger size will break in to a perfect fit — whereas a too-small shoe will remain uncomfortable.
You can also try a thin insole in a larger size for a more tailored feel from day one.

We accept all major credit and debit cards — Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover — as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All online transactions are processed securely through Shopify Payments.
In-store purchases can be made by cash, card, or contactless payment.
Absolutely. We never store your payment details. All transactions are processed through Shopify's certified Level 1 PCI-compliant platform, protected by industry-standard SSL/TLS encryption. Your financial information is transmitted directly to the payment processor and never touches our servers.
Yes — Angeleone gift cards make a beautiful present for anyone who appreciates fine Italian craftsmanship. Please contact us or visit us in store to purchase a gift card. Store credit is issued for eligible returns.
Orthotics & Comfort
Many of our Italian leather shoes feature removable factory insoles that can be swapped for custom orthotics. The depth of the toe box and overall construction vary by style, so we recommend contacting us with the specific model you're interested in and our staff can confirm compatibility.
When using orthotics, you may need to size up slightly to maintain a comfortable fit.
Yes. If the shoes haven't been worn outside and are in original condition, they're eligible for return within our standard return window. See our Refund Policy for full details on eligibility and how to initiate a return.
